Welcome to Ghana
The Thomas Gaiter Foundation in collaboration with Literacy in Northern Ghana Project provided support to the students, girls in particular, to strenghen their STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) programs.
"Our project addresses the critical gender gap in STEM skills by providing girls with the knowledge and tools to become creative leaders and innovators. Through hands-on practical workshop sessions linked to various industries, we help girls understand the future of work and how to apply STEM skills to solve real-world problems. By engaging in these workshops, they become aware of future needs and develop the mindset to lead and create solutions for themselves and their communities."
-Abdul-Razak Issah, Managing Director, LING Project
