Buena Vista Elementary School 
Buena Vista Elementary School is the first school adopted by the Thomas Gaiter Foundation.
The majority of students live below the national poverty level and approximately 25-30% are homeless.
TGF provided backpacks and other school supplies to Buena Vista.

The students of Buena Vista participated in the Tennessee State University Homecoming Parade.

They had fun decorating the van as well as meeting some of their classmates during the parade.

 This was the children's first parade experience.  We all had a great time.
